Terms of service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

The service

Dipicorp Ltd (BRN C26233968, Mauritius) provides businesses with an assistant that replies on their WhatsApp Business number and manages their customers' appointments. Customers who message a business using the service interact with this assistant.

For customers

  • The appointment is made with the business, not with Dipicorp. Prices, cancellation and the service itself are the business's responsibility.
  • You can ask to talk to the business at any time; the assistant forwards your request.
  • Write "my data" to see what the assistant keeps about you, or "delete" to ask for it to be erased. See the privacy policy.
  • Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp's terms.

Trial and plans (businesses)

  • The trial is free for 14 days, on the Pro plan, with no card required. It starts when your WhatsApp number is connected, not at sign-up.
  • Paying during the trial ends it: the paid period starts on the payment date and the remaining trial days are not carried over.
  • The plans (Basic, Pro, Premium), their prices, monthly appointment limit and options are described on the Plans page. WhatsApp messages are included: no messaging fees are charged on top.

Payment

  • Plans are paid by card, on the secure payment page of our banking provider: Dipicorp never sees or stores card numbers. Payment is monthly, or yearly (12 months for the price of 10).
  • There is no automatic debit: each period is paid with a link received on WhatsApp. Reminders are sent before the end of the trial (3 days before, the day before and on the day) and 3 days before each due date, then every day of the grace period. If a reminder does not reach you, ask for the link at any time in WhatsApp, "My plan" menu.
  • Moving to a higher plan takes effect on payment. If you were in a paid period, the remaining days are converted into days of the new plan, in proportion to the monthly prices (rounded down to the day), and added to the new period.
  • Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the paid period, or immediately if no paid period is running. Services beyond the new plan's limit are then deactivated and options it does not include are removed (reminders, minimum notice, etc.). Appointments already booked stay confirmed, but an appointment for a deactivated service can no longer be rescheduled by the customer.

Non-payment, stop and end of service

  • If payment is not received on the due date or at the end of the trial, your customers can still book for 3 days (grace period).
  • After that, the service stops: your customers are told you no longer take online bookings, appointment reminders and your morning summary are no longer sent, and your space is limited to "My plan", "Settings", "Help" and "Change my number". Everything resumes as soon as payment is received.
  • Without payment 30 days after the stop, the account and its data are deleted (see "Customer data").
  • To stop, simply do not renew the payment, or write to contact@riserv.mu.

Appointment limit

  • Every appointment booked in the calendar month counts, including those you enter yourself and those cancelled later (the WhatsApp message has already been sent). A rescheduled appointment counts once; a blocked slot does not count.
  • When 10 appointments are left before the limit, you are notified on WhatsApp. You can:
    • add a pack of 25 appointments, valid for the current month (Rs 149);
    • move to the next plan right away, by paying for it;
    • keep your plan: bookings then stop at the limit;
    • do nothing: if the limit is exceeded, you move to the next plan at your next due date, at that plan's price; until then, 2 more appointments are accepted beyond the limit, then bookings stop.
  • Stopped bookings resume as soon as a pack or the next plan is paid, otherwise at the start of the next month.
  • On the highest plan, bookings continue beyond the limit and Dipicorp contacts you.

Normal use

To protect the service, limits that normal use never reaches apply. If a business's message volume far exceeds what its appointment limit implies, the assistant stops taking new requests from its customers until the next month; existing appointments, their reminders and your notifications continue. A customer who sends a very large number of messages in a day no longer gets replies to free-text messages until the next day. No extra fees are charged.

Your commitments

  • You are responsible for the information you provide (services, prices, opening hours) and for complying with WhatsApp Business rules, including Meta's messaging policies.
  • When you record an appointment yourself on behalf of a customer, you make sure that customer agrees to be contacted on WhatsApp about it.
  • You do not ask for health information through the service.
  • Dipicorp may suspend the service if these terms or WhatsApp's rules are breached.

Customer data: Dipicorp as processor

For your customers' data, you are the controller and Dipicorp acts on your behalf, as processor. These terms are the processing agreement between you and Dipicorp. Dipicorp undertakes to:

  • process this data only to provide the service (bookings, reminders, notifications, requests forwarded to you), never for advertising or resale;
  • limit access to the people who need it, bound by confidentiality, and protect it (encrypted connections, restricted access, encrypted secrets and backups);
  • use only the following providers: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which carries the messages, and our hosting providers in the European Union, backups included; notify you before adding one;
  • help you answer your customers' requests: each customer can view their data in WhatsApp ("my data") or ask for it to be erased ("delete": after confirmation, their upcoming appointments are cancelled and their data deleted within 30 days; their past appointments stay in your history, without their name or number);
  • notify you without undue delay of any personal data breach affecting you;
  • delete the data when the service ends (30 days after the stop or the deletion of the account), unless the law requires keeping it (billing data); backups are erased at most 30 days later; a customer inactive for 6 months is anonymised earlier;
  • provide you, on request, with the information needed to check these commitments are met.

Availability and liability

The service is provided with care but without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation, in particular when WhatsApp is unavailable. Dipicorp's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the business over the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms and prices

Dipicorp notifies you on WhatsApp at least 30 days before any change to these terms or to its prices that affects you. A price increase never applies to a period already paid.
