Who we are
Dipicorp Ltd (BRN C26233968, Lot 858, Avenue Badamier, Morcellement Beerjeraz, Mauritius) publishes Riserv Booking, an assistant that replies on WhatsApp on behalf of businesses ("the businesses") and books appointments for their customers. Contact: contact@riserv.mu.
Data we process
- Customers of the businesses: WhatsApp number, WhatsApp profile name, messages exchanged with the assistant, appointments (service, date, time), chosen language.
- Businesses: business name and contact details, services, opening hours and staff, WhatsApp Business account technical identifiers, subscription and billing data.
- Requests sent from this website: phone number and message entered in the “Ask for the free setup help” form.
Purposes
Booking, changing, cancelling and reminding appointments; forwarding a request to the business; providing, billing and securing the service; contacting people who ask us to from this website. No advertising, no sale of data, no profiling.
Roles
For its customers' data, each business is the controller and Dipicorp acts on its behalf. For the businesses' own data, Dipicorp is the controller.
Recipients and hosting
- The business concerned (its appointments and the messages forwarded to it).
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which carries the messages.
- Our hosting provider, OVH GmbH, which hosts our servers and database in the European Union (Germany).
Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the business's subscription, then deleted within 30 days after the subscription ends, unless the law requires longer retention (billing records). Requests sent from this website are kept for 12 months at most.
Your rights
Under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or object to its processing. Write to contact@riserv.mu or see the Data deletion page. You may also contact the competent data protection authority (in Mauritius: the Data Protection Office).
Health data
